Online Transaction Fees:

- Recurring ACH transactions (Automatic Bank Drafts) are at no fee

- One-time ACH transactions (eChecks) incur a fee of $0.50

- Recurring Credit/Debit Card transactions incur a fee of 2.0% of the transaction amount

- One-time Credit/Debit Card Transactions incur a fee of 2.0% of the transaction amount

Customers with Recurring ACH Payment Method Setup on their Web Portal Account: Please be advised that, due to a technical issue, these transactions are not being processed at this time. Once the issue is resolved, the transactions will be processed and open balances on your water account will be debited from your bank account and reflected on your water account as paid. We apologize for the processing delay and appreciate your understanding as we transition and upgrade our systems.
