Online Transaction Fees:
- Recurring ACH transactions (Automatic Bank Drafts) are at no fee
- One-time ACH transactions (eChecks) incur a fee of $0.50
- Recurring Credit/Debit Card transactions incur a fee of 2.0% of the transaction amount
- One-time Credit/Debit Card Transactions incur a fee of 2.0% of the transaction amount
Turning on AutoPay Notifications: If you registered for a web portal account and have setup Autopay to automatically debit your bank account to pay your water bill, please be sure to go to "I want to change my communication preferences" when signed into your account and under "Correspondence" check off the box next to "AutoPay Notices" under the "Email" column. This will provide you with a reminder e-mail notification in advance of your water bill balance being debited from your bank account.
